## Before you add anything: the klyo games rules

Short and plain. The full text is in the developer terms; you accept once per version and the record stays with your account.

- **Yours, not someone else's.** You upload only games and content you hold the rights to. The rights stay yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to show them. I confirm: I hold the rights to everything I upload here.
- **No malicious code, no third-party ads.** Crypto miners, tab hijacking, phishing, foreign ad networks: the package is rejected, a repeat closes the account. I confirm: my package has no malicious code and no third-party ads.
- **No rating trades.** Asking for a playtest and honest feedback: yes. Trading stars on Google Play and the App Store: no, it breaks the stores' rules.
- **Content 12+.** No pornography, hate or unlabelled realistic violence. The content questionnaire next to a game must tell the truth.
- **Reports and appeals.** Anyone can report a violation; we take content down within 24 hours with a statement of reasons, and you have two working days to appeal.
- **Money.** 70% of the ad revenue next to your game, bank transfer from 100 PLN, details only at payout, never an ID scan.

## Where the clips come from

The developer records a clip in the developer studio with one click: the browser records only the game, thirty seconds at most, and sends the file to us, which compresses it. Nothing passes through third-party servers.

A clip shows real gameplay, not a trailer: what you see after pressing Play looks the same. The same clip plays on the game's tile in the catalogue when you hover over it.

The feed scrolls vertically like short-video apps, but there are no ads between clips, no autoplay with sound and no tracking. The game loads only after your tap.
