# Report a violation

If a game or a post on this portal breaks the law, someone's rights or our rules, write to us. We react within 24 hours of a credible report, and content that leaves no doubt comes down at once.

## What to report

- A game that does not belong to the person who uploaded it (piracy, someone else's brand or artwork).
- Malicious code: a crypto miner, tab hijacking, phishing, impersonation.
- Content that is illegal or breaks the portal's age label (12+): pornography, hate speech, unlabelled realistic violence.
- Spam, store-rating trades, links outside the allow-list in the community.

## What a report must contain

This is what Article 16 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) requires, and it is all we need to act:

- **Address:** the exact address of the game (g-name.klyo.pl or games.klyo.pl/name/) or of the thread (games.klyo.pl/community/t/…).
- **Reason:** why it is illegal or against the rules; for copyright: what is yours and how we can tell (link to the original, date, name).
- **Who reports:** your name or company name and an e-mail for a reply. Anonymous reports are accepted for clearly illegal content.
- **Statement:** that you report in good faith and that the information is accurate to your knowledge.

## What happens next

1. We confirm receipt by e-mail.
2. We check the content. For piracy, malicious code and illegal content the game or post disappears immediately and the author receives a statement of reasons: what, why and how to appeal (Article 17 DSA).
3. The author may appeal to the same address; we answer within two working days. Repeated violations end with account closure and withheld payouts.
4. The reporter is informed of the decision.

## Questions about reports

### Can I report a game anonymously?

For clearly illegal content, yes. In copyright disputes we need your details, because the developer has the right to know who claims the game is theirs and to answer the claim.

### What happens to the earnings of a removed game?

The payout for a removed game is withheld pending clarification. If the developer's appeal is justified, the game and the accrued amounts come back; if the violation is confirmed, the amounts are forfeited and, in piracy cases, may go to the rights holder.

### How fast do you answer?

Confirmation of receipt at once, a decision within 24 hours of a credible report, an answer to an appeal within two working days. We read reports every day, weekends included.
