# Support

Write to us about anything to do with the portal. We say plainly where your message lands and how soon you get an answer — so you never have to guess whether anyone read it.

## The address you can always write to

Write to [kontakt@klyo.pl](mailto:kontakt@klyo.pl). It is the same address for players, creators, parents and authorities — there are no separate inboxes where a message could get stuck. We answer in English and Polish.

## How fast we answer

We read reports every day, weekends included. The same deadlines stand on the reporting page and in the moderation report — one promise, three places, the same wording.

## What goes where

### A game will not start, or behaves badly

Write to us with the address of the game and what you are using — phone or computer, which browser. That is usually enough for us to reproduce the fault.

### Someone broke the rules: a game, a post or a comment

Reporting content has its own page with a form, because we need the address of the content and the reason. A report goes straight into a human queue. [Report content](https://games.klyo.pl/report/)

### You noticed your child playing something made for adults

Every game page has a report button for a parent or guardian. No account is needed and we ask for no details about the child.

### You want to download your data or delete your account

You do both yourself in account settings, immediately, without writing to us. The download gives one file with everything we hold about you. [Account settings](https://games.klyo.pl/profile/)

### You are a creator with a question about a game, a payout or the agreement

Releasing games, statistics and settlements live in the creator studio. When the numbers or a payout do not add up, write to us and include the address of the game. [For developers](https://games.klyo.pl/for-developers/)

### You disagree with a decision of ours

Any decision can be appealed with an ordinary message to our address. Tell us what the decision concerned and why you think it is wrong — a person answers, not a program.

## Who runs the portal

The portal is run by **Klyo Illia Krasnopolskyi**, tax id 7822656871. Full details, the terms and the privacy policy are in the site terms. We are an intermediary service provider under the Digital Services Act and we accept letters from users and from authorities at the same address.
