Smile clicker: gameplay clip

Short and plain. The full text is in the developer terms; you accept once per version and the record stays with your account.

• Yours, not someone else's. You upload only games and content you hold the rights to. The rights stay yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to show them. I confirm: I hold the rights to everything I upload here.
• No malicious code, no third-party ads. Crypto miners, tab hijacking, phishing, foreign ad networks: the package is rejected, a repeat closes the account. I confirm: my package has no malicious code and no third-party ads.
• Players may record your game. By publishing, you agree that players record clips from your game and show them on klyo — always with the game's name and a link to it. The rights to the game stay yours: this permits showing GAMEPLAY, not copying the game. Every clip sends players straight to you.
• No rating trades. Asking for a playtest and honest feedback: yes. Trading stars on Google Play and the App Store: no, it breaks the stores' rules.
• Content 12+. No pornography, hate or unlabelled realistic violence. The content questionnaire next to a game must tell the truth.
• Reports and appeals. Anyone can report a violation; we take content down within 24 hours with a statement of reasons, and you have two working days to appeal.
• Money. 70% of the ad revenue next to your game, bank transfer from 100 PLN, details only at payout, never an ID scan.

• It is your gameplay. You post a recording from a game you played yourself. No one else's videos, nothing taken from other services.
• Everyone sees the caption. No insults, threats or personal data — yours or anyone else's. The clip and the caption are public.
• Content 12+. No pornography, hate or realistic violence. The portal is for players of every age.
• Reports. Anyone can report a violation. We take content down within 24 hours with reasons, and you have two working days to appeal.
