Hello klyo team. I am with SnackTurn, a studio publishing 18 free browser games including card, puzzle and arcade titles. We would like to submit our card game Bluff Card Game for listing on klyo games. Play link: snackturn.com/zh-CN/games/bluff/ . Description: Bluff is a free online card game playable right in the browser, no download needed. We tried the Move a game from the web tool in the developer studio, but it reports that the address returned 403 even though the game page opens fine in a browser. Could you please advise how we can get the game listed? Thank you.

Hi SnackTurn, thanks for writing, and sorry for the confusing message. The 403 does not come from klyo: your site is behind a Cloudflare check ("Just a moment…"), which blocks any program, including our "Move a game from the web" tool. It works in your browser because a person passes that check. Two ways forward: Upload Bluff as a ZIP in the developer studio ("Upload a game"). Nothing on your site needs to change. Keep it on your site: in Cloudflare, add a rule under Security, WAF, Custom rules: "User Agent contains klyo-games-import", action Skip. The tool can then read the page and the ownership marker. We have just changed the tool so it explains this itself. We are still working on it, so if anything does not work, write to us here.

And translations are mixed, for example the page in in English, but the login error is on polish, and for example in Vairaxis the part of survive, destroy, conquer is in polish, but the page is in English. It's like that in all the games.

Hi Juan, thank you for your detailed feedback! We’ve fixed issues with Ukrainian description validation, corrected mixed-language interface messages and game-page labels, and added a “Forgot password?” option to regain access by email. We also fixed login handling when the connection is slow. Could you please try publishing your Ukrainian description and signing in on your phone again? We couldn’t reproduce your exact password issue, so your retest would help confirm whether anything remains. If it still fails, please share your device, browser and the exact error message. Thank you!

I have a question, can I post the final version of my demo even if the 7 days I promised haven't passed yet?
-
klyo replies
Yes, absolutely the 7 days is a deadline, not a waiting period. You can publish the final version whenever it's ready.

I repeat, it’s a good platform, but the login process is flawed; I tried several times on my phone and couldn't get in—it kept saying the password was incorrect—but when I tried on a computer, that same password worked. Perhaps I typed it wrong a few times; if so, there should be a "reset password" button. Also, there is no section for asking questions, though that isn't a major issue.

its a good platform, but bad a bad, so bad part, the Ukrainian description contains more than 25 words and clearly describes the game and its target audience, but the validator still says that it is random text or too short. The Ukrainian Cyrillic characters appear to be rejected incorrectly. Please check the language validator for Ukrainian. this in making inpossible publiss games for developers. Thanks

Thank you very much for this valuable feedback; we are already working on a fix and will update you here once it is resolved.

How we work with feedback
What is worth checking
- 01
Playing
Open a few games from the catalogue on a phone and on a computer. Does the game start right away, are the controls clear without instructions, does the game page say what the game is about?
- 02
Publishing a game
Create an account in the creator studio and publish a game: from a ZIP, from an itch.io address or through an AI assistant. Where did you stop, what was unclear, how long did it take?
- 03
Translations
Versions in other languages are made automatically and you approve them. Does the text read like a human wrote it? Is approving understandable?
- 04
Interface
The five-step creator, the game card, translations, the creator profile. What is too much, what is missing, what would you rearrange?
- 05
The idea
A portal of browser games, an address of its own for every game, a share of ad revenue once ads are on. Does it make sense to you as a creator or a player?
How we read feedback
Every entry is public right away and stays on this page. We do not remove criticism; we only hide spam and profanity.
We reply under the entry: what we changed, what we will change, and what we will not do and why.
A reported bug goes into the fix queue in the order it came. Bigger changes are described here, in the section below.

- The ownership proof when moving a game is now a link to the creator's klyo profile instead of a bare string. A game name no longer accepts a marketing tagline (the game's address is built from the name). A new-game draft has a “Start over” button, and editing a game uses the same creator as adding one.
