On a phone: Tap a card and it moves to the best spot by itself: a foundation, a matching column or a free cell. You can also drag a card or a whole run with your finger.
About the game
Build down the eight columns in alternating colours, park single cards in the four free cells, and move every suit from Ace to King onto the foundations. When there is enough free space you can move a whole run at once, and the game tells you exactly how many cards the free cells and empty columns allow.
The deals use the classic FreeCell numbers, so deal 1 looks the same here as in every other version of FreeCell. Pick any number from 1 to a million, try the famous deal 11982, the only one of the first 32000 that cannot be won, or play a random deal. The Expert mode gives you only two free cells and multiplies your points by 1.6, and the daily deal is the same for every player.
Hints come from a solver that sees every card. Each hint is the next move of a real path to victory and tells you how many moves are left. If a position can no longer be won, the game says so honestly and can take you back to the latest position you can still win from. You place every card yourself: a tap sends a card to the foundation first, and once the win is certain the Finish button plays out the rest. You can undo as many moves as you like, and a win with no hints and no undo counts as a clean win with a gold badge.
Statistics track your wins, win rate, streaks, best time and fewest moves, and fast wins go to the klyo leaderboard. Wins unlock jade, marble, ink and mosaic card backs and polished stone tables. There is a light and a dark theme, a four colour deck, court cards drawn as chess pieces, and the game speaks ten languages.
