On a computer: Click a square with the mouse. On a keyboard: arrows and Space or Enter, and the keys 1 to 9 place your mark in the chosen square.

About Tic Tac Toe
The board looks like a page from a squared notebook, and the crosses and circles are drawn in ink, as if with a pen.
How to play Tic Tac Toe
Players take turns placing their mark in an empty square: one plays crosses, the other circles. The first to get three marks in a row, across, down or diagonally, wins. When all nine squares are taken and nobody has three in a row, the game is a draw.
Against the computer: a run of up to 20 games
Choose an easy, a medium or an unbeatable computer. You play a run of up to twenty games and you take turns starting. Wins and draws score points, and a loss ends the run. The unbeatable computer never loses, so a draw against it is worth the most. Your best run goes to the leaderboard.
Two players on one phone or online
On one device you pass the phone back and forth, and the game keeps the score for the whole session. You can also send a friend a link and play online, each on your own screen.
How to win, or at least not lose
Start in the centre or in a corner. Before you place a mark, check whether your opponent has two in a row with the third square free. The strongest move is one that threatens two lines at once, because your opponent can only block one.
