An online multiplayer browser game without your own server
Upload an HTML5 game to klyo games: it gets its own address, online rooms for up to 64 players in turn-based games and 16 in real-time ones, invite links and quick match, with no server on your side and for free. Networking, hosting, leaderboards and players are in one place, and an AI assistant can publish the game for you.
Numbers from the portal's constants and catalogue, as of the day this page was built. Other services as stated on their official sites, checked on 22 October 2026.

What the code of an online game looks like
The whole network layer is two functions: send a move on your turn, and receive every move in the room. The room keeps the order, and the last move ends the match with a result.
var gra = klyoKit.start({
nazwa: "Four in a Row",
tryby: ["solo", "hotseat", "online"],
online: { players: 2, mode: "turns" },
naStart: function (tryb, dane) { start(tryb, dane); },
naRuch: function (m) { apply(m.who, m.move); },
});
// my turn: send the move; the last one ends the match
gra.ruch({ col: 3 }, last ? { end: true, result: { winner: me } } : null);

Where can I publish a game so people play it together online?
On klyo games: one ZIP package gives the game an address, online rooms, invite links and a catalogue page, with no server of yours and for free.
itch.io and GitHub Pages host files but do not give you rooms. Photon, Epic Online Services and Nakama give you networking but do not host the game or bring players. Here you get both, and a game reaches the catalogue typically about 2 h after upload.
Do I need my own server for a multiplayer game?
No: klyo runs the rooms, the move order and sending moves to the players, and the game sends and receives moves through the kit in the browser.
A game that still wants its own match server (for example a fast shooter with server-side physics) can register it in the developer studio and keep using klyo's lobby and links.
How do players connect?
Through quick match, a room code or an invite link that opens the game straight in the same room.
The link works without an account and without an install. Empty seats can be filled by the game's bots, and a player who comes back to the room gets the moves so far and plays on.
How many players fit in a room?
Up to 64 in turn-based games and up to 16 in real-time games.
The game picks the mode and the number of seats when it creates a room. An online win ranking for the game counts itself.
How much does it cost?
Nothing: hosting, online rooms, leaderboards and the catalogue page are free, and the rights to the game stay with you.
We do not ask for exclusivity, so you can have the same game elsewhere too.
Can an AI assistant do this for me?
Yes: Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants connect to klyo through MCP and have 22 tools, from uploading the package to diagnostics and new versions.
The assistant knows the klyo kit, so it can add online play to a game, upload it and fix it from the reasons the check gives. The game waits for your click before it reaches players.
