About PRISM: Orb Hunter

Your task is clear: shoot straight upward and remove every orb before you lose all your lives. There are no colours to match and no angled shots to aim. Positioning the hunter matters more than clicking quickly.

Hit a large orb and it splits into two smaller ones. A single target can soon become several moving hazards, so every successful shot changes the arena. The smallest orbs disappear when hit. Watch their bounce, cross underneath after they leave the floor, and keep an escape route open. Holding the fire button launches successive light beams, allowing you to concentrate on movement.

The campaign takes you through 24 rooms in four chapters. Open spaces introduce the basics before overhead shelves, lowered ceilings, narrower walls and staggered obstacles change your approach. There are six room layouts to learn. Orbs bounce off solid shelves, while light tethers stop at their underside. Move into an open lane to reach a target above an obstruction. The walking lane along the floor stays accessible.

Choose a difficulty that suits your pace. Calm starts each room with 4 lives and lets you collect up to 5. Normal starts with 3 lives, up to a maximum of 4, while Expert starts with 2 and caps them at 3. Orb speed also changes. Campaign rooms have no countdown, so you can look for a safe route. Earn stars by clearing rooms, avoiding hits and finishing efficiently, then replay unlocked rooms to improve your performance.

Broken orbs release falling capsules that you collect by moving toward them. A heart restores a life, a shield absorbs one collision, slow motion lasts 8 seconds of active play, and twin firing lasts 10 seconds. Capsules wait briefly on the floor before disappearing. A short period of protection after damage gives you time to recover your position instead of losing several lives to the same collision.

Play together on one phone or computer. On a phone, turquoise pad 1 and gold pad 2 sit below the arena. Each pad independently controls one hunter across the arena's full width. On a computer, you share a keyboard. Player one moves with A and D and fires with W. Player two moves with the left and right arrows and fires with the up arrow. Both hunters occupy the same arena, with individual lives and shields. If one hunter falls, the teammate can collect a heart to bring them back with one life and temporary protection. The team loses only when both hunters are out of lives. The next room restores starting lives, and cooperative progress is saved separately from solo progress.

The daily challenge remains a separate solo run: up to 90 seconds, 3 lives and Normal difficulty. In this mode, slow motion lasts 6 seconds and twin firing lasts 7.5 seconds. Clear successive waves, build a chain of hits and improve your record. Only daily challenge scores reach the leaderboard. The day's layout changes at midnight UTC, and you can try again as often as you like.

Solo on a phone uses one wide pad below the arena. Hold it to fire and slide your finger horizontally to move. Release to stop moving and firing. Holding the primary mouse button and dragging works similarly. Solo keyboard controls use A and D or the arrow keys, with W or Space to fire and Esc to pause. Glass highlights, stone surfaces, three visual variations, light and dark themes, and separate music and sound settings let you choose the atmosphere. Saved stars and unlocked rooms make it easy to return to the campaign later.
