One-thumb games are played by touch with one hand, because the other one holds a coffee or a handrail. You tap or swipe, nothing more.
All of them run full screen on a phone, iPhone included, with no install. On a computer the same games use the arrow keys or the mouse.
Every game on this shelf shows its touch controls and whether it works in portrait, so you know before you start whether one finger is enough.
How to play one-thumbed more comfortably: hold the phone low, use the thumb of the hand that holds it, and switch to full screen so the browser bar does not take the bottom of the board. When a game works in both portrait and landscape, pick portrait: your thumb then reaches the whole board.
